Lifestyle points are points you earn based on a pre-determined list of “good” lifestyle habits.

Daily Lifestyle Points
- minimum of 5 vegetable and fruit servings per day. (1 point)
- share a prepared healthy dish with family, friends, or team members that meets healthy recipe guidelines. (1 point)
- consume a serving of vegetable protein per day in place of animal protein. (1 point)
- keep a daily food journal. (1 point)
- participate in a physical activity for at least 30 continuous minutes per day. (1 point for every 30 minutes of exercise, max. 2 points per day)
- do a physical activity with a family member or friend for a minimum of 30 minutes. (1 point)
- 10,000 steps (5 miles) per day. (2 points)
- drink eight 8-oz. glasses of water a day. (1 point)
- 30 minutes of relaxation and renewal. (1 point)
- earth-friendly activity that help protect resources. (1 point)
Weekly Lifestyle Points
- use a reliable scale. (1 point)
- purchase at least 1 lb. of locally-grown, fresh produce from a local farmer’s market, grocery store, or harvest home grown. (1 point per pound, up to 3 points per week)
- participate in a community physical event. (1 point)
- attend a group support meeting once a week. (1 point)
- try a new recipe once per week-that meets healthy recipe guidelines. (1 point)
- submit a healthy recipe online-that has been approved. (1 point)
Weight Loss Points
Weight loss during the program – 2 points per pound lost, counted at the end of the program.
All tally sheets are due at the completion of the program on November 14.
